Periodic inspections
Annual safety inspections according to Machinery Directive & Occupational Health and Safety Act
Work equipment such as container handling systems, truck-mounted cranes, tipper cranes and recycling cranes fall under the Machinery Directive and must therefore be inspected annually. Dubbeldam carries out these inspections in its own workshops. Any necessary repairs are carried out directly, preventing additional downtime.
LPK – Tail Lift Periodic Inspection
The LPK is mandatory to ensure the safe operation of tail lifts. During this inspection, we assess, among other things, the technical condition, operation, hydraulics and safety devices. Any defects can, where possible, be repaired directly so your vehicle is ready for use again quickly.
ALK – Truck-Mounted Crane Inspection
Truck-mounted cranes must meet strict safety requirements. With the ALK inspection, we check among other things the operation and safety systems, construction and hose package and stability and operation. This ensures that employees can work safely and the crane continues to function reliably.
LLS – Inspection for container handling systems
Container handling systems must be correctly adjusted and installed to operate safely. During the LLS inspection, we check installation, adjustment, operation and safety. This extends the lifespan of the system and reduces the risk of malfunctions and downtime.
