At the same time, efficient handling of different waste streams, safe operation for the operator, and reliable performance under all conditions are essential. Specially developed for electric chassis

The multi-stream collection body is designed for an electrically powered 4x2 vehicle (wheelbase 5,700 mm) and thus provides a future-proof solution for municipalities and collection services that want to go green without compromising on functionality.

Powerful hydraulic system

To ensure all functions run smoothly and reliably, the body is equipped with a robust hydraulic system. The tridem pump section provides the necessary power for the screw drive, loading, tipping bin, and hose pump.

The system is equipped with a main control valve with a circulation pump function, allowing the installation to operate efficiently and stably, even during intensive daily use. On the driver's side, there is an 80-liter hydraulic tank, strategically positioned for optimal weight distribution and easy accessibility.

Tiltable stainless steel collection bin with powerful compaction screw

The collection truck is equipped with a stainless steel tipping bin including a compaction device. For optimal compaction, the bin is fitted with:

Hydraulically driven compaction screw
Stainless steel hopper with pneumatic sealing lid
Screw positioned at a 30° angle for optimal material transport
Net loading volume of approx. 7.8 m³
Hydraulically locked hinged lid (3 locking shafts

Two hydraulic cylinders tilt the bin to 135°. For stability during tilting, a hydraulic support leg is mounted on the driver's side.

Smart access to cleaning and pump system

On the right rear side of the body, a separate access door has been created that provides direct access to the cleaning and pump system. Through this door, you can easily reach both the hose pump and the hose reel, allowing maintenance and operation to be performed quickly and safely without having to open the rest of the loading space.
